Fucoidan is a sulfated polysaccharide found mainly in various species of brown algae and brown seaweed such as mozuku, kombu, limu moui, bladderwrack, wakame, and hijiki (variant forms of fucoidan have also been found in animal species, including the sea cucumber). Fucoidan is used as an ingredient in some dietary supplement products.

To be specific, fucoidan contains a highly beneficial sugar called fucose. Fucoidan has been shown to stimulate white blood cell growth as well as maintain the health of current white blood cells in the body. Our white blood cells are, of course, a central part of our body’s immune defense against foreign invaders and illness.

In addition to boosting the immune system, all nutrition begins in the stomach and intestinal tract. If your body isn’t healthy there, then all the good you attempt to do by eating well and taking supplements is not maximized. Having a healthy upper intestine means that nutrients are absorbed and don’t simply flow through your body unnoticed. Fucoidan promotes the health of the stomach and gastrointestinal tract, so that within two to three weeks of taking a daily dose of fucoidan, your body will be functioning and absorbing the maximum of nutrients you give it.

In research in Japan, fucoidan administered to cancer cells in a laboratory dish were virtually wiped out within 72 hours. The process by which these cells withered away was self-induced, in that the DNA within each of the cancer cells was broken down by digestive enzymes contained in the cells themselves. This process is known by the technical term "apoptosis."

To put it simply, fucoidan not only enhances the patient's natural healing power but also "promotes apoptosis of cancer cells. This is indeed its most remarkable function.

Fucoidan in Gel Form

Why take fucoidan in a gel form? Cos Gel is BETTER!

Why Not Pills - Need water to take with, difficulty in swallowing, low absorption effectiveness.

Why Not Juices - Not portable, need refridgeration, inconsistency of content.

Why Not Powder - Need to be mix with water, not convenient, don't taste good.

Gel is a plant-based, gelatinous fluid which will allow basic nutrients to “float.” If nutrients “float,” or stay in a suspended state, they are more portable, easier to digest, provide a more accurate dosage, and they are more readily absorbed by the body. The following benefits are provided by gel:

- Faster assimilation into the body (10-15mins)  [pills is > 4-5 hrs]

- Higher absorption rate (90-100%)  [pills is < 50%]

- Lower Glycemic index (suitable for high sugar level / diabetics)

- Lower in calories, fats, and carbohydrates

- No refrigeration or water is needed

- Tastes good and looks modern and edgy

- Easy & tasty oral intake by children and seniors

Science has proven that to get the most out of nutrients, they should be taken at meal times. Because of busy lifestyles, those nutrients need to be readily available in a form that can be carried anywhere.

My brother was diagnosed with cancer 6 months ago. Two weeks prior to the surgery I told him to take some supplements. I had him take this UMI 7 times a day and also along with it take this anti-oxidant EXO twice a day so he was actually taking 9 supplements a day for two weeks. The day of the surgery the procedure never happened, and the surgeon told us the reason for it was that when they went in with the camera they realized the growth was much smaller than what was found in the previous scan. That (the supplements) was the only thing he did differently prior to the surgery.
